In free atmosphere,I enjoy working everyday
I was born in Wuhan, China. I went to Finland when I was 19 years old, where I’ve completed bachelor degree in architecture design. 2 years ago after graduated, I came to Japan.
When I was a college student, I used to study with lots of international exchange students coming to Finland. I enjoyed very much. For me, joining in Tenaris is because that I am always seeking for the chances to apply those experiences in the college into my future career. It is to be open, international and have the opportunities working within different cultures.
Now my work is located in Engineering Dept. One part of the job is related with industrial investment, such as investment projects of the new facilities/equipment for the production units. My work requires a lot on the communication skills in order to make the investment process go on smoothly. And I enjoy this kind of daily work very much.
Another important work is to follow-up, including testing period, safety operation after installing facilities/equipment in mills. My linguistic abilities in Chinese, English and Japanese also help my work.
Even though, there are so many things to learn everyday, I feel very motivate. In the future I’d like to challenge myself to participate into international assignment.
Tenaris attracts me by its free atmosphere. Supervisors are friendly and frank. It is very considerate of them to give me assignments according to my personal skills. And I appreciate about it.
Regarding my hobbies, traveling is one of those. I would like to travel to Greece some day, as I am fond of countries with long histories. But most of all, I love to go to hot springs (Onsen). I am almost addicted to them (laugh). I think it is a wonderful Japanese culture. |
