The School of Management is focused on developing the capabilities employees need to face managerial challenges in accordance with company values, culture and business ethics. It has developed a graduated series of courses which form the managerial dimension of all Tenaris curricula. Courses promote increasing expertise in topics such as leadership, communication skills, diversity, negotiation, problem solving, performance management and teamwork.
The School is responsible for TenarisUniversity’s major cross-functional global programs: the Induction Camp, the Management Development Program and the Advanced Management Program. It also oversees the locally delivered New Hire Orientation.
In addition, the School of Management develops and oversees the curricula for all staff in the Human Resources and Corporate Communications area. There is also a specific curriculum for individuals employeed as Administrative Assistants.
Finally, the School of Management is responsible for Tenaris’s language programs. English classes combine interactive online training with instructor led classroom courses. Individuals assigned to non-English speaking overseas locations may receive instruction in the target language.
